Linge, Teresia Koki Kavoo, PhD.

Dr. Teresia Linge is an Associate Professor of Management. She holds B.E.D (Hons) MBA and PhD in Business Management. She is a Fellow at the Higher Education Academy (HEA) of United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in Kenya. Dr. Linge is an accomplished instructor, consultant and researcher in the Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) discipline. She teaches MBA and Doctoral programs. She examines and supervises Masters and PhD thesis. Her areas of specialization is Strategic Human Resource Management, Conflict Management, Leadership and Business Communications. She has over fifteen years of experience of consulting, training and coaching in corporate and organizations of different sectors including the following: Health, Manufacturing, Hotel, Government Agencies, County Governments and SMEs. Dr. Linge has won several research grants and was a beneficiary of the 2018 Erasmus + Grant on Staff Mobility. Additionally, she been spearheading high impact projects in the school.
