Dr. Paul Katuse is an Associate Professor of Strategic management. He has been a corporate consultant for nearly a decade. He earned his PhD in the area of Strategic Management in the year 2002. Paul is a strategy and Change Management expert trainer. He has consulted with the public sector and the private sector in Kenya and his main interests are in Strategy and globalisation issues and their impacts on organizations in developing economies, organizational responses to change and reforms and the management of change in organizations. He has of late taken a keen interest in quality assurance issues in Institutions of Higher Education and especially the linkages between the organizations strategic issues and their core business which is teaching and learning. He has been an online Instructor for several Universities in locally and Abroad.
